I highly recommend this program. It was practical, immediately applicable, and superbly delivered. The content was thoughtfully designed to support leaders at all stages, from emerging to highly experienced. The peer learning sessions were particularly valuable, providing space to to explore real workplace challenges, test ideas, and learn from others’ experiences. I genuinely took a lot away from it and have already started applying the learning in my day‑to‑day work.

Justine is a fantastic course facilitator, very engaging. You will learn a lot about yourself, your leadership style and tips to become a better leader and coach

| The Step Up To Lead program not only provided me with the tools to be a better leader, but it also was a journey of self-reflection and inner growth. It provided me with an opportunity to look inward and shift some deep rooted pre-conceptions and provide me the freedom to shift the narrative in my own mind, and pair that with the leadership tools and models to take it to the next level.

I would recommend it to those who feel they are struggling to get on top of things and are feeling overwhelmed in their position. The tools provided allows you to sit back and see things clearly to be able to come up with clear plans and assists you in setting boundaries.

This course is a great opportunity to network with other leaders facing similar challenges. In addition to the course content it provides a sounding board to get feedback/validation from other leaders.
