Communicating with Impact

We spend 80% of our day communicating. However, 70% of workplace mistakes are caused by miscommunication. By improving communication skills, this program will help build strong relationships and ensure a solid foundation for two-way communication. Through listening and persuasive verbal and written messages your team will be able to influence another person’s behaviour.

Coaching – one-on-one – Communication skills

We regularly conduct one-on-one communication skills training and coaching sessions with employees or managers to boost their communication skills and overcome specific challenges individuals may have. We will take a brief from a representative in the organisation and create a coaching plan. In many cases, we find that one session is sufficient to turnaround tough situations. In other circumstances, multiple sessions are needed to achieve the agreed objectives.
